Gyeonggi Office of Education to Hold 'Training' for Educational Public Officials on the 17th
[Asia Economy (Suwon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] The Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education will conduct a training session on the 17th at the Gyeonggi Convergence Science Education Center to strengthen the labor management capabilities of education public service staff in charge of work.
This training is designed to enhance the expertise of the staff in charge and to explore support measures for the field. About 100 officials from education support offices will attend the training.
The main training topics include ▲ policies and systems for education public service staff ▲ key points of regular personnel transfers (reassignment and exchange) ▲ fair recruitment ▲ field support measures.
The Provincial Office of Education will provide guidance on education public service staff quota management, personnel management operation council, labor contracts, attendance, and labor-related laws, and support practical difficulties in the field such as procedures and announcement precautions during recruitment at education support offices, and the Recruitment Procedures Act.
