[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Geumcheon-gu (Mayor Yoo Seong-hoon) announced that Eunhaengnamu Mart (CEO Noh Su-bong) donated 1,300 bags of 10kg white rice to the Siheung 5-dong and Siheung 2-dong community centers for low-income residents in the area.
The donations from Eunhaengnamu Mart, which began in 2009, have continued for 15 years up to this year, and every year they have sponsored more than 1,000 bags of rice to Siheung 5-dong and Siheung 2-dong.
Noh Su-bong, CEO of Eunhaengnamu Mart, said, “Due to economic instability, the lives of ordinary people have become more difficult than last year, and there are more neighbors in need around us,” adding, “I will serve the local residents with a greater sense of responsibility.”
