Chosun Hotel & Resort announced on the 13th that it will launch two new products, 'Chosun Hotel Yukgaejang' and 'Chosun Hotel Galbitang,' through SSG.com.
This new menu is a premium ready-to-eat Korean meal product designed for easy enjoyment of Korean cuisine at home, following last year's introduction of Chosun Hotel Samgyetang, Naju-style Gomtang, and Sagol broth. The Chosun Hotel Korean food line is planned to allow easy enjoyment by incorporating the experience of Chosun Hotel chefs and carefully selected ingredients for dishes that are difficult to prepare at home.
Chosun Hotel Yukgaejang is made by simmering brisket for 4 hours to create a rich broth, then cooking beef, mung bean sprouts, green onions, radish, and oyster mushrooms to invigorate the body. The Yukgaejang seasoning is stir-fried with garlic and oil, and green onions are added to give it a spicy yet refreshing taste. The seasoning sauce is aged at low temperature to produce a clean flavor without the raw taste of red pepper powder. It is packaged as a single serving (700g).
Chosun Hotel Galbitang uses premium chuck ribs and brisket to deliver a rich meat juice and deep meaty aroma, creating a savory taste. It uses premium signature Angus beef from the top 10% of Choice grade. After a long simmering process, the meat is thick yet tender. The broth is made by simmering Geumsan ginseng, radish, onion, green onion, and garlic, resulting in a deep yet refreshing vegetable flavor for a hearty meal.
