Ulsan City Opens Applications for Welfare Promotion Public Project... 430 Million Won Scale
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Yong-woo] Ulsan City has begun accepting applications for this year's welfare promotion public projects to revitalize public interest projects related to social welfare and support the activities of social organizations.
The support scale this year is 430 million KRW, and it plans to provide support twice during the first half of the year targeting welfare, elderly, disabled, and women sectors. Eligible applicants are social welfare-related corporations or organizations whose support regulations are stipulated by laws or city ordinances and whose main purpose is public interest activities.
However, applicants must have at least one year of public interest activity performance, and if the applicant is an organization rather than a corporation, it must have a representative or manager. Organizations that have received national or city funding for the same or similar projects, corporate or political party support, or whose main purpose is the propagation of a specific religion's doctrine are excluded.
Organizations wishing to apply should submit the application form, project plan, and auxiliary project introducer by visiting or mailing them to the department in charge of the project by the 27th.
