[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Chunsu] Hampyeong County will accept applications for the '2023 Smart Agriculture Support Project' aimed at increasing farm income until March 3.
According to the county on the 9th, the county will support 11.4 billion KRW for 38 projects in four areas, including the purchase of small agricultural machinery, reduction of agricultural production costs, wells for horticultural crops, and establishment of a high-quality grape production base.
In particular, this year, as a new policy to discover niche crops for farmers, the county plans to focus on supporting premium mugwort production facilities and small-scale subtropical fruit production facilities.
The support targets are farmers, agricultural corporations, or farmer organizations registered as agricultural management entities with an address in Hampyeong.
However, applicants must meet the eligibility and essential requirements specified for each project.
The final support recipients will be selected in March after on-site verification based on the related evaluation table and review by the Hampyeong County Agricultural Policy Committee.
