Completion of 2023 Wage and Collective Agreement Negotiations
Gaya Country Club (CC) announced on the 5th that it has achieved a labor-management agreement without disputes for 17 consecutive years during wage negotiations.
Earlier, Gaya Country Club began negotiations for the 2023 wage and collective agreement in advance starting from December of last year. Unlike previous years, the management proposed a wage increase plan first during the initial practical negotiation, which the labor union accepted. Subsequently, the collective agreement was finalized by the end of the year.
