Dong-Eui University Department of Dental Hygiene and Physical Therapy, 2 Consecutive Years of 100% National Exam Pass Rate
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Duyul] The Department of Dental Hygiene and the Department of Physical Therapy at Dong-Eui University achieved a 100% pass rate for the second consecutive year in the "2022 50th National Examination for Dental Hygienists and Physical Therapists."
The exam was conducted by the Korea Health Personnel Licensing Examination Institute on December 11 last year, and the results were recently announced.
The Department of Dental Hygiene achieved a 100% pass rate for the second consecutive year by having all 40 graduating students pass the 50th National Examination for Dental Hygienists, following the 49th exam in 2021.
In the 50th National Examination for Dental Hygienists, 5,575 candidates from 82 universities nationwide took the exam, and 4,757 passed, resulting in an 82.1% pass rate.
The Department of Physical Therapy also achieved a 100% pass rate for the second consecutive year, with all 42 graduating students passing the 50th National Examination for Physical Therapists, following the 49th exam in 2021.
A total of 5,430 candidates took the 50th National Examination for Physical Therapists, and 4,677 passed, recording an 86.1% pass rate.

Professor Kwon Haeyeon, head of the Department of Physical Therapy, said, "This result is due not only to the students' dedication to their studies over four years but also their active participation in mock exams and special lectures in preparation for the national exam." He added, "I am grateful and proud of the students who worked hard."
