Al Nassr announced on the 31st (Korean time) through its official channels that it had signed a contract with Ronaldo. The contract period is until June 2025.
Ronaldo, who played for English Premier League (EPL) club Manchester United (Man Utd), terminated his contract with Man Utd last month.
Ronaldo was effectively expelled after conflicts with the club, including giving interviews criticizing the Man Utd management and head coach Erik ten Hag.
Afterwards, Ronaldo did not perform well at the 2022 FIFA Qatar World Cup. Meanwhile, Al Nassr was the only club showing interest, and it has been consistently mentioned as Ronaldo's next destination.
