Gyeonggi-do Announces Call for Agencies to Support Overseas Marketing for Export Companies
[Asia Economy (Suwon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] Gyeonggi Province will publicly recruit business execution agencies to participate in next year's overseas marketing support project until January 12 next year.
Through this project, the province will support overseas marketing funds worth a total of 3.6 billion KRW for export companies in the province, including exhibition hosting costs and dispatching trade promotion teams.
The overseas marketing support project has been underway since 2002 and has greatly contributed to private-led export revitalization.
The main support projects include a total of 7 fields and 34 detailed projects: ▲ Online overseas marketing ▲ Gyeonggi excellent products overseas exhibitions ▲ Support for participation in group booths at overseas exhibitions ▲ Trade promotion teams ▲ Export companies' online exhibitions ▲ Export capacity enhancement education ▲ Support for exchange and cooperation among export companies.
The province selects responsible execution agencies for each project in order of high scores according to evaluation criteria.
Eligible applicants are non-profit corporations, registered private organizations, and organizations with capabilities and expertise that have experience in similar projects, which can be subsidized based on Article 17 of the Local Finance Act.
