40s Man Wields Knife at Yeosu Industrial Workshop, 2 Injured and Dead
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Chunsu] In an industrial workshop in Yeosu, Jeonnam, a man in his 40s wielded a weapon, resulting in one death and one person in critical condition.
According to the Yeosu Police Station in Jeonnam on the 29th, at around 1:30 PM, a report was received by 112 that two men in their 50s were stabbed with a weapon at an industrial workshop in Jusam-dong, Yeosu City.
They were employees of the workshop and were stabbed by their colleague, Mr. A (47).
Other colleagues present at the scene subdued Mr. A and transported the victims to the hospital for treatment; however, one person died and the other is in critical condition.
Witnesses told the police, "After finishing lunch break, the victims were resting in the workshop when Mr. A came in and suddenly wielded a weapon that was in the office."
