This casebook contains 110 apartment management audit cases conducted by Gyeonggi Province and its cities and counties from the second half of last year to the first half of this year.
Additionally, it includes recent one-year cases of responses to civil complaints regarding Gyeonggi Province's apartment management regulations, inquiries and responses to Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport laws, and legal interpretations from the Ministry of Government Legislation that can assist apartment management tasks.
Key audit cases include ▲ misuse of management fees outside the purpose of long-term repair plan repair items ▲ misuse of long-term repair reserve funds outside the purpose of management fee repair items ▲ failure to register facility maintenance performance in the Apartment Management Information System ▲ improper execution of community activation group support funds, among others.
Since 2017, the province has published the audit casebook annually and uses it as educational material to strengthen the work capabilities of public officials in charge of apartment management in 31 cities and counties.
On the 15th, an online joint training (workshop) was held on the topics of 'Legal Information Usable for Apartment Audits' and 'Apartment Accounting Audit Using Financial Statements.'
The casebook can be viewed on the Gyeonggi Province website or as an e-book from Gyeonggi Province.
