Naver D2SF Makes Follow-up Investment in Fashion Content Startup 'OnTheLook'
[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Choi] Naver's startup incubation organization D2SF announced on the 28th that it has made a follow-up investment in the fashion content startup 'OnTheLook.' OnTheLook's Series A funding amount is approximately 7 billion KRW, led by KB Investment.
OnTheLook is a mobile platform that analyzes users' preferences and recommends content from fashion creators suitable for them. It allows users to view everything at a glance, from the latest fashion trends to related product information, optimized for their own tastes.
OnTheLook's monthly active users (MAU) increased by 690% compared to the previous year. In particular, after raising pre-Series A funding last April, the MAU tripled in about four months. The number of creators producing fashion content on the OnTheLook platform has grown by more than 40% annually, solidifying the fashion creator ecosystem.
After raising pre-Series A funding from Naver D2SF last April, OnTheLook began integrating its service with Naver Smart Store. The two companies plan to continue close cooperation going forward.

Yang Sanghwan, leader of Naver D2SF, said, "OnTheLook is growing as an 'essential app for dressing well' by implementing creator commerce with high completeness in the fashion field," adding, "We expect to create more synergy with Naver through global expansion and other efforts." Lee Daebeom, CEO of OnTheLook, said, "Recently, OnTheLook was selected as a 2023 trend prediction app by a local institution in Japan, attracting significant interest from users overseas," and added, "We will accelerate global expansion by actively recruiting talent and enhancing services based on this investment."
