[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Seoul Metro will deploy an additional train on Line 5 to assist passengers stranded due to flight cancellations in Jeju Island.
The train will arrive at Gangdong at 1:10 AM on the 25th, extending the operating hours by one hour.
The additional train will depart from Banghwa Station at 11:56 PM on the 24th. It will then depart from Gimpo Airport at midnight on the 25th, pass through the city center, and arrive at 1:10 AM on the 25th.
Among the lines operated by the corporation from Lines 1 to 8, only Line 5 will have extended service; other lines will not operate beyond their usual hours.
