This meeting was organized to prepare safety plans for the event and discuss traffic safety measures and the establishment of a rapid response system among related organizations in case of emergencies, ahead of the bell ringing event on Buljong Street, which is being held for the first time in three years since 2019.
In particular, to prevent safety accidents, the meeting deeply discussed the concentrated deployment of personnel for traffic control and guidance, as well as the placement of safety personnel for managing and guiding visitor flow. Opinions and improvements suggested during the meeting will be supplemented through on-site inspections before the event.
