[AKyung Hit Product] KB Kookmin Bank 9To6 Bank
KB Kookmin Bank is creating a new paradigm for branch operations by expanding its '9To6 Bank,' which operates until 6 PM, to 72 locations nationwide.
The '9To6 Bank' is a specialized branch that extends the operating hours from the usual 4 PM to 6 PM. However, due to adjusted bank hours to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the '9To6 Bank' currently operates for 30 minutes less, from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
The '9To6 Bank' expands customer touchpoints in financial service areas with high demand for face-to-face channels, such as asset management and loan consultations, providing a differentiated experience.
KB Kookmin Bank has established '9To6 Bank' branches in 72 locations nationwide, including Seoul and the metropolitan area as well as Chungcheong, Daegu, Busan, and Gwangju. The '9To6 Bank' staff work in morning and afternoon shifts, enabling customers such as office workers and self-employed individuals who found it difficult to visit during regular hours to receive financial consultations.
