To enhance the public purpose utilization of shared property, Gyeonggi Province promoted various projects including ▲ the establishment of an 'Online Shared Property Lease System' using the existing Gyeonggi Sharing Service platform to activate non-face-to-face contracts ▲ the discovery of usable provincial land worth approximately 26 billion KRW and connecting it to relevant provincial departments to reduce land acquisition costs ▲ the formation of a 'Shared Property Advisory Committee' to secure an objective perspective.
Additionally, by merging shared properties such as cluster zones and small adjacent parcels, the property value increased by 1.7 billion KRW, and through objections to compensation claims for provincial land incorporated into public projects, they secured 710 million KRW more than the initial compensation amount, efforts that were also recognized for enhancing the value of shared property.
