[Asia Economy Reporter Son Sunhee] Korea Exchange announced on the 20th that it has approved the new listing of BNK Je1ho Corporate Acquisition Purpose Stock Company on the KOSDAQ market. Trading will commence on the 22nd.
BNK Je1ho Corporate Acquisition Purpose Stock Company is the first Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) launched by BNK Investment & Securities, an affiliate of BNK Financial Group. It was established on September 16. The public offering price for this new listing is 2,000 KRW, with a par value of 100 KRW. The Exchange explained that the Volatility Interruption (VI) will not be applied on the day of listing.
