Inbiz-Hallim Technology Join Hands to Build AI Medical Platform Business
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yoon Jamin] Inbiz Co., Ltd., a leading artificial intelligence medical industry company based in the Gwangju area, is accelerating the establishment of an AI medical platform business in partnership with medical device specialist company Hallim Technology Co., Ltd.
Inbiz announced on the 13th that it recently signed an MOU with Hallim Technology and agreed to cooperate on ‘Inbiz’s artificial intelligence platform construction and domestic sales.’
According to the agreement, Inbiz will develop a Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) and build a Cloud AI platform using remote reading and artificial intelligence, while Hallim Technology will provide Inbiz’s platform through its specialized domestic sales network of over 750 hospitals and clinics.
Inbiz is the first domestic company to develop a cloud-based medical AI remote reading service and is a specialized AI company in the medical imaging field. It is focusing on developing an ‘AI solution for recommending appropriate X-ray doses based on whole-body image-based body shape measurement’ for Wonsolution, which manufactures and sells medical diagnostic X-ray equipment and control devices.
Since its establishment in 1988, Hallim Technology has been recognized as a leading global medical device specialist company through various medical businesses not only in Korea but also in Japan, Germany, Italy, Spain, and other countries worldwide.
Park Sungcheol, CEO of Inbiz, said, “Through this MOU, we will be able to introduce Inbiz’s various medical image acquisition solutions and AI products for cardiac ultrasound and breast ultrasound to the domestic medical market. Furthermore, by sharing overseas expansion infrastructure, we will do our best to pioneer overseas markets.”
