Electric Safety Corporation, Labor-Management Managers 'Win-Win Education'
The Korea Electrical Safety Corporation announced on the 14th that it conducted a 'Win-win Education for Labor and Management Managers to Build Future-oriented Labor-Management Relations' on the 8th and 9th.
The event, held at Lotte Resort in Buyeo, Chungnam, was attended by 50 labor and management representatives, including Park Ji-hyun, President of the Electrical Safety Corporation, and Kim Jeong-jin, Chairman of the Labor Union.
On the first day of the training, there were lectures and education by professional instructors and labor attorneys on understanding labor-management relations in public institutions. On the following day, the 9th, there was a discussion session aimed at resolving current labor-management issues and conflicts.
