Hamyang-gun and Public Service Workers' Union Sign Wage Agreement ... Communication and Consideration for Win-Win Cooperation
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] Hamyang-gun, Gyeongnam announced on the 8th that it signed the 2022 wage agreement with the Hamyang-gun Public Officials Union of the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions General Labor Union at the small conference room of the county office.
Both labor and management sides reached a final agreement on the wage agreement after eight rounds of negotiations, including the first negotiation on April 7, two main negotiations, and six working-level negotiations, modifying and agreeing on five items among the labor side's agreement demands.
The signing ceremony was attended by County Governor Jin Byeong-yeong, Kim Soon-gyu, Senior Vice Chairman of the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions General Labor Union, and 12 labor-management negotiation committee members.
Governor Jin said, “Labor and management are partners moving toward a common goal, communicating and considering each other, based on mutual trust and understanding, cooperating for coexistence, and let us work together for greater development and leap of Hamyang-gun.”
