From dawn, very strong winds and very high waves are expected in the central East Sea offshore and northern offshore of the southern East Sea, so ships navigating or fishing should exercise caution.

Wave heights in the nearshore seas will be 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the East Sea, 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the West Sea, and 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the South Sea.
