According to the legal community on the 2nd, the Seoul Western District Prosecutors' Office filed a summary order for a fine of 1 million won against Lee on the 30th of last month for special assault and property damage charges.
Lee is accused of assaulting a pub owner with a cup and throwing a beer glass at a pub in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, in September of this year.
