The UNIST Leadership Center held the 'Ulju A.I. 4.0 Studio' results presentation at 10 a.m. on the 26th in the Business Building. The event included project demonstrations, final result presentations, and a completion ceremony.

Ulju A.I. 4.0 Studio is a program where UNIST student mentors provide AI education and practice to first- and second-year high school students in Ulju-gun.

The program was hosted by Ulju-gun and organized by UNIST, recruiting participants in May and running for six months.

A total of 36 students participated in the program, forming 12 teams together with 24 UNIST students. The scale increased compared to last year, which was limited to second-year high school students in 10 teams.

Each team, composed of three high school students and two UNIST mentors, learned background knowledge of AI and the process of creating results through practice.

The 12 teams carried out various AI-based projects such as data analysis processing, image recognition, AI chatbots, and Style Transfer, holding one official meeting and autonomous practice session each month.

Unlike last year, which was mainly conducted online due to the pandemic, this year’s program was primarily offline, allowing for various practical programs and fostering camaraderie among participants.
