On the 28th (local time), the British tabloid The Sun reported that President Putin experienced leg cramps while meeting with Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev in Moscow, stating that "this is a sign of Parkinson's disease."
The Sun also emphasized that during the meeting, President Putin was holding his right arm with his left hand, indicating that he was not in full health.
The Sun previously reported earlier this month, having obtained leaked emails from Russian intelligence sources, that President Putin is suffering from early-stage Parkinson's disease and pancreatic cancer.

On the other hand, there are analyses that refute the claims about Putin's health issues. In May, Michael Clarke, former director of the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI) in the UK, said regarding this matter, "You cannot tell from photos whether someone has Parkinson's disease or cancer," adding, "Frankly, President Putin is just a hypochondriac."
