The Hometown Love Donation Program, which will be implemented from January 1 next year, is a system where individuals who donate to local governments other than their address receive tax credit benefits and thank-you gifts. Donors can receive thank-you gifts such as local agricultural and specialty products or local gift certificates within 30% of the donation amount.
The thank-you gifts from Uiryeong-gun were selected after comprehensively reviewing regional representativeness, recognition, stable supply, and delivery, including rice, Korean beef, Manggae tteok, grave mowing service vouchers, and handmade yogurt.
The county plans to select suppliers who will stably provide the thank-you gifts selected through a public contest and complete the preparation of the gifts by the end of the year.
