Yang Eun-mi, Jung-gu Council Member, Conveys Residents' Complaints to District Office Regarding Village Yard Sports Facility Repairs
[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] The Dasan-dong Village Square, frequently used by residents of Dasan-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul, has recently attracted attention with its significantly transformed appearance.
A rain shelter has been installed at the sports facilities located in the village square.
Residents who used the facilities at Dasan-dong Village Square for leisure and physical fitness had no choice but to turn back on days with bad weather conditions such as rain or snow. Councilor Yang Eun-mi, who received complaints about the inconvenience of using the facilities, actively recommended the installation of a rain shelter to the relevant departments after conveying the residents' concerns she had heard.
Subsequently, the district office decided to carry out the installation work for the rain shelter at the Dasan-dong Village Square sports facilities and began the installation on the 24th. Councilor Yang Eun-mi visited the site during the ongoing construction to carefully check the installation status and urged the officials to ensure the construction is carried out safely for users.
