50% Support of 185 KRW per Liter for 7 Types of Tax-Exempt Fuel
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Seryeong] Gyeongsangnam-do has extended the application deadline for the agricultural tax-free fuel purchase support program, which was originally until the 25th of this month, to December 9th.
Gyeongnam Province stated that this decision was made to support farmers who missed the application period due to harvest season work or have not yet applied.
The program targets farmers or agricultural corporations who have their address in the province as of the application date and have been issued an agricultural tax-free fuel purchase card.
If the cardholder passes away, the person who inherits the farming business can also apply.
Applications must be submitted to the applicant’s local eup/myeon/dong community service center by December 9th.
The province will support 185 KRW per liter, regardless of fuel type, for 50% of the tax-free fuel usage of seven types?gasoline, diesel, kerosene, heavy oil, liquefied petroleum gas, and by-product fuels No. 1 and No. 2?used by farms from March to December 9th this year, a total of 10 months.
For those who have not yet submitted applications, the province plans to send notification texts through NongHyup branches and broadcast announcements in eup/myeon/dong villages.
