[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Dongguk Lee] Ulju-gun, Ulsan City, inspected 195 facilities emitting environmental pollutants in the area last month and detected 11 violations.
The inspection targeted a total of 195 companies, including ▲62 for air management ▲59 for resource circulation ▲44 for water quality management ▲30 for air and wastewater.
As a result of the inspection, a total of 11 violations were detected, including ▲6 violations of the Waste Management Act ▲2 violations of the Construction Waste Disposal Act ▲1 violation of the Air Environment Conservation Act ▲1 violation of the Noise and Vibration Control Act ▲1 violation of the Livestock Manure Act.
Ulju-gun plans to take administrative and judicial actions, including improvement orders and fines, against the violating facilities.
