The winning case was selected for actively providing administrative support through emergency welfare despite business closures, auctions, and bankruptcy filings caused by the aftermath of COVID-19, allowing the individual to hold on to hope and stand up again.
The grand prize-winning work, "The Golden Time of 3 Months of Emergency Welfare, Inviting Her Out into the World," will be included in the best case collection.
