[Asia Economy Reporter Koo Eun-mo] Pulmuone Foods announced on the 22nd that it has launched the 'Four Seasons Crispy Fine Seasoned Whole Kimchi,' made with finely ground seasoning using domestic ingredients.
The Four Seasons Crispy Fine Seasoned Whole Kimchi was released in response to consumer demand for clean kimchi without radish strips. Instead of radish strips, radish juice is used, giving it a clean appearance and a natural sweetness. It is characterized by its crisp and delicious taste throughout the fermentation period. In particular, the sugars and enzyme components in various vegetables such as radish and onion aid fermentation, producing a cooler umami flavor. Pulmuone also added a special fish sauce developed in-house to deepen the flavor.
