IT Security Company Kindsoft Joins Korea Exchange KSM
[Asia Economy Reporter Kang Nahum] Kindsoft Co., Ltd., a specialized IT convergence security solution company, announced on the 21st that it has been officially registered on the Korea Exchange KSM (Startup Over-the-Counter Stock Trading Platform).
Last August, the Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA) and the Korea Information Security Industry Association (KISIA) issued a business announcement to expand investment opportunities for domestic information security startups and support KSM registration recommendations. After a review process, Kindsoft was selected as the recommended company. Kindsoft appointed the Korea Securities Depository as the registrar and completed the final KSM registration on the 9th after a two-month registration procedure.
Kindsoft is a developer of PC login security solutions, with its main product being "KIND LogVisor." This solution allows login only to authorized users based on event values of PC login and logout, fundamentally blocking unauthorized users and illegal login attempts, and notifying administrators of any risks.
Recently, Kindsoft obtained venture business certification and ISO 9001 and 14001 certifications. It has been recognized for its business potential through top graduation from the Preliminary Startup Package and excellent graduation from the Early Startup Package by the Korea Institute of Startup & Entrepreneurship Development, as well as various startup competition awards.
A Kindsoft representative stated, "Through this KSM registration, a safe and transparent investment system has been established, laying the foundation for a future KONEX special listing." He added, "We will grow as an information security company listed on KONEX and KOSDAQ, contributing to the startup ecosystem that has recently focused on platforms and bio sectors."
