The park-specialized apartment complex, Haksan Hanshin The Hue Elite Park, will consist of a total of 1,455 households with exclusive areas of 74, 80, 84, 107, and 114㎡. Of the total park area of approximately 350,000㎡, the residential facilities will cover about 70,000㎡. The remaining space will include green areas, 13 themed rest areas, playgrounds, and sports facilities. Once the Haksan Stream development is completed next year, the entire complex will form a basin-shaped area surrounded by parks.
The complex is adjacent to Pohang High School and Pohang Girls' Middle and High Schools, with many academies nearby. According to the School Health Act, harmful facilities are blocked, ensuring an excellent commuting and study environment. Within the complex, childcare centers, Jongno M School, and reading rooms will be established as educational community facilities.
