Chef IP Platform Fiveit Recruits 3 Pastry and Baking Chefs
[Asia Economy Reporter Donghyun Choi] OneData, the operator of the chef intellectual property (IP) platform 'Fiveit,' announced on the 17th that it has expanded the patissier and baker lineup of 'Fiveit' by recruiting three additional chefs specializing in French pastry and baking.
The newly recruited masters in the pastry and baking field of 'Fiveit' are patissier Jihoon Kim, baker Hyejin Hwang, and baker Seungdo Baek. All are known as top-level chefs in the French dessert field. With this, the total number of chefs working with Fiveit has expanded to 16. Among them, the masters in the pastry and baking field now total eight, including the three newly recruited masters, as well as baker Dongsung Geum, bakers Yuhwa Cheon and Yukyung Cheon, baker Youngin Kim, and baker Taeil Eom.
