On this day, Jeonnam Superintendent of Education Kim Dae-jung, along with Jo Ok-hyun, Chairman of the Jeonnam Provincial Council Education Committee, and school staff, welcomed the examinees at the gate of Mokpo Jeil Girls' High School, the 5th test site in District 73, urging them to do their best.

A parent of an examinee said, "I was very worried watching my child study hard for three years. I came to pray that the exam results come out well," and encouraged, "I hope you stay strong today and have good results."
This year, in Jeonnam, 13,995 examinees are taking the 2023 CSAT at 53 test sites (46 general, 7 separate) across 7 test districts including Mokpo, Yeosu, Suncheon, Naju, Gwangyang, Damyang, and Haenam.

The CSAT test sites are held at a total of 55 locations, including hospital test sites and separate test sites for examinees confirmed with COVID-19. Currently, 42 examinees in Jeonnam are identified as infected with COVID-19.
