Jeongeup-si to Recruit Participants for 'Disabled Persons Job Project' Until the 25th
[Jeongeup=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Jae-gil] Jeongeup City in Jeonbuk Province is recruiting participants for the '2023 Disabled Employment Project' for five days from the 21st to the 25th to create jobs for disabled people who are disadvantaged in employment.
According to the city on the 16th, the number of recruits this time is a total of 121 people: 35 full-time and 10 part-time for the general type (administrative assistant), 66 for the participation type (welfare jobs), and 10 for public jobs for the severely disabled.
The public job project for the severely disabled, newly launched this year, is a Jeonbuk-type rights-centered job that provides labor opportunities through cultural and artistic activities and disability awareness improvement activities for people with severe disabilities.
Eligibility for participation in the disabled employment project is unemployed registered disabled persons aged 18 or older residing in Jeongeup City.
Applicants wishing to apply must visit the Jeongeup City Disabled Comprehensive Welfare Center with their ID and required documents during the recruitment period to apply.
After document screening and interviews, the final selected participants will be assigned to eup/myeon offices, dong community centers, and social welfare facilities from January to December next year to perform tasks such as administrative assistance, environmental cleaning, guidance in disabled parking zones, awareness improvement, and cultural and artistic activities.
