Department of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology at Dongmyeong University Visits GN ReSound Hearing Aid Headquarters
Students from the Department of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology at Dongmyung University are taking a group commemorative photo after a tour and special lecture at the GN ReSound hearing aid headquarters.
View original image[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hwang Du-yeol] Students majoring in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology at Dongmyung University visited the GN ReSound hearing aid headquarters located in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul on the 11th to participate in a manufacturer tour and special lecture.
The program consisted of an introduction to GN ReSound, a manufacturing process tour, an introduction to hearing aid products and new technologies, and a job-related special lecture.
The 17 students who participated in the program toured the actual industrial site and directly observed the processes from manufacturing to delivery of hearing aids.
In addition, during the special lecture, they learned about the latest hearing aid technologies and the job roles and related competencies that hearing specialists working in companies should have from field experts.
Professor Lee Sung-min said, “I am confident that the practical knowledge and experience acquired through the corporate field program provided by GN ReSound will greatly help students to concretize their career goals and strengthen their competencies.”
