HanmiGlobal Reports Record High Cumulative Sales of 258 Billion KRW in Q3
Achieved 96% of Last Year's Sales by Q3 This Year
Overseas Orders Effective... 49% Increase Compared to Same Period Last Year
[Asia Economy Reporter Noh Kyung-jo] HanmiGlobal announced on the 14th that it recorded cumulative sales of 258 billion KRW for the third quarter of this year based on consolidated financial statements, achieving its highest performance ever.
According to the Financial Supervisory Service's electronic disclosure system, HanmiGlobal's cumulative sales and operating profit for the third quarter increased by 34.6% and 18.8% respectively compared to the same period last year, reaching 258 billion KRW and 19.6 billion KRW. It has already achieved 96% of last year's sales, raising expectations for record year-end results.
HanmiGlobal stated that it continued to secure orders for high-tech projects such as semiconductor and battery production facilities in the third quarter. The expansion of overseas orders, including construction project management (PM) services for a large-scale residential complex development project in Saudi Arabia, is analyzed to have driven the increase in performance.
In July, HanmiGlobal won the PM contract for the Diriyah South & Gardens District residential, commercial, and office complex development project commissioned by the Diriyah Gate Development Authority (DGDA) of Saudi Arabia. Located 20 km from the capital Riyadh, the contract amount is approximately 44 billion KRW. The actual cumulative overseas sales for the third quarter reached 114.6 billion KRW, a 49% increase compared to the same period last year.
