Ford Korea Hosts the '2022 Ford Service Excellence Competition'
Service Excellence Employee Selection Program
[Asia Economy Reporter Kiho Sung] Ford Sales Service Korea announced on the 14th that it held the ‘2022 Ford Service Excellence Competition’ at the Ford Korea Training Center located in Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi-do. The annual Ford Service Excellence Competition is a program that selects outstanding employees who have strived to provide better service to customers visiting official Ford and Lincoln service centers nationwide.
This competition was designed to verify employees’ systematic expertise and proficiency throughout the entire Ford Korea service process, including phone reservations for service center experiences, reception and customer response, and vehicle delivery. This year as well, top employees were selected through customer satisfaction surveys, and finalists were chosen. A total of 12 participants competed, including the top 6 outstanding service advisors and the top 6 service receptionists.
The Best Service Advisor award this year went to Donghoon Shin (affiliated with Premier Motors) from the Opo Service Center, and the Best Receptionist award was given to Dahyun Jeong (affiliated with Seonin Motors) from the Seocho Service Center. In the Service Advisor category, Hooncheol Yeo (Seonin Motors, Suwon Service Center) and Honggeun Kim (Seonin Motors, Gangseo Service Center) were selected, and in the Receptionist category, Jooyoung Moon (Premier Motors, Opo Service Center) and Jeongyun Woo (Premier Motors, Busan Hakjang Service Center) were chosen.
