Hyundai Card Expands '3-Layer System' Subscription Service... Adds Golf and Snack Packs
170,000 Cumulative Customers Using 2nd Floor Subscription Service
[Asia Economy Reporter Yu Je-hoon] Hyundai Card announced on the 11th that it will expand its subscription service based on the '3-layer system.'
The 3-layer system is Hyundai Card's benefit structure that recommends customized discount coupons and provides subscription services based on data science technology. It consists of '1st layer Basic,' the basic benefits of the card held by each customer; '2nd layer Subscription,' subscription services tailored to lifestyles; and '3rd layer Gifts,' personalized gifts such as coupons.
Among these, the 2nd layer subscription service, which offers various services tailored to customers' lifestyles, has received positive responses, and the company stated that the cumulative number of subscription customers has reached about 170,000.
Hyundai Card has expanded the 2nd layer subscription service lineup this time. In this upgrade, ▲Golf Care Pack, consisting of golf insurance benefits and regular delivery of golf balls, and ▲Monthly Snack Pack, which delivers various products from Lotte Confectionery monthly, have been newly added.
An event commemorating the service expansion will also be held. For one month this month, customers who use any of the five subscription products ▲Daily Discount Pack ▲My Security ▲Emart Pack ▲Travel Pack ▲Digital Book Pack for the first time will receive a waiver of the first month's subscription fee, and first-time users of the Flower Pack during the same period will be given a cylinder vase. Hyundai Card plans to continue operating events for new customers of the 2nd layer subscription in the future.

A Hyundai Card official said, "More than 75% of customers who started subscriptions continue to subscribe, indicating high customer satisfaction," and added, "Especially, recent customer satisfaction surveys show a high demand for diversity in benefits, so we plan to continuously discover new benefits that align with customers' consumption trends."
