According to Tous Les Jours, Namhae garlic is characterized by its strong pungent flavor as it grows while being exposed to sea breezes due to its geographical feature of being surrounded by the sea on all four sides. Thanks to Namhae's maritime climate, with warm winters and cool summers, there is also less occurrence of pests and diseases. Tous Les Jours explained that the breads are composed to harmonize with the rich flavor unique to Namhae garlic.
The 'Garlic Fondant Bread made with Namhae Garlic' is a product where a crispy exterior and soft interior baguette is generously topped with a pungent and sweet sauce made from Namhae garlic, making it moist and enjoyable. The 'Sausage Garlic Cream Cheese Bread made with Namhae Garlic' features a fluffy bread spread thickly with garlic sauce made from Namhae garlic and cream cheese, topped with a whole sausage and enhanced with a subtle basil aroma for a hearty experience.
