CJ ENM Q3 Operating Profit 25.5 Billion KRW... 70.9% Decrease YoY (Update)
[Asia Economy Reporter Jeon Jinyoung] CJ ENM announced on the 8th that its consolidated operating profit for the third quarter of this year was 25.5 billion KRW, a decrease of 70.9% compared to the same period last year.
During the same period, sales increased by 37.4% to 1.1785 trillion KRW, but net loss recorded 55.6 billion KRW, turning to a deficit.
By segment, sales in the entertainment division increased by 60.4% compared to the same period last year to 869.1 billion KRW, but operating profit decreased by 67.5% to 19.8 billion KRW.

The commerce division saw sales of 309.5 billion KRW, a 2.0% decrease compared to the same period last year, and operating profit fell by 78.8% to 5.7 billion KRW compared to the same period last year.
