This year, a total of 89 cases discovered by the headquarters and field departments underwent internal evaluation, and nine tasks were selected as final candidates. For the nine excellent tasks, an online evaluation by executives and employees and a mobile evaluation by a public participation group composed of general citizens and small and medium venture business owners were conducted. Subsequently, by combining the results of the field judging panel evaluation, three final winners were selected for grand prize, excellence award, and encouragement award.
The grand prize was awarded to 'Corona Off, Policy Funds On(line)! Fast and Convenient Policy Fund Online Service Anytime, Anywhere from Loan to Post-Management (Risk Compliance Office Deputy Manager Park Yang-woo),' which established a non-face-to-face electronic contract system to enhance customer convenience.
The excellence award went to 'Driving Sustainable Growth of SMEs through Public-Private Collaboration for SME ESG Support (ESG Diagnosis Technology Department Deputy Manager Lee Min-joo),' aimed at strengthening the ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) capabilities of small and medium venture businesses. The encouragement award was given to 'Implementing Transparent and Fair Recruitment and Social Equity Inclusive Hiring through Active System Improvement (Talent Management Office Manager Yang Woo-yeon)' case.
