Members of the Sacheon City Council in Gyeongnam are paying their respects at the joint memorial altar for the Itaewon accident.

Chairman Yoon wrote in the condolence book and, representing the Sacheon City Council, offered incense. He then, along with the attending council members, offered flowers and observed a moment of silence to pray for the deceased.
The attending council members also took turns offering flowers, expressing deep condolences to the victims and their bereaved families.
