On this day at Changwon Namsan Kindergarten, communication took place with the staff under the theme "Changwon Namsan Tongtongtong Play Story," focusing on three key words: ▲curriculum ▲after-school programs ▲childcare.
According to the provincial Office of Education, this kindergarten is a happy welcoming kindergarten that operates a multifaceted early childhood and play-centered curriculum, including ▲nature play drawn together ▲forest experience activities ▲body-strengthening physical activities, with 18 staff members caring for 75 children.
Teacher Jeong Hyun-sook said, "It was a time to have an open and honest conversation about efforts to change to a play-centered curriculum," adding, "I hope there will be support for childcare and after-school programs, which are currently concerns at our kindergarten."

Superintendent Park said, "The safety of young children is our responsibility and an essential requirement that must never be forgotten," and added, "We will continue to communicate with kindergartens and strive to establish policies and provide support so that early childhood education can be focused on."
