SanDanGong-Daegu City Sign MOU to Provide 'Shared Housing for Local Youth'
Providing 30 Officetel Units Owned by SanDanGong in Buk-gu, Daegu
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Korea Industrial Complex Corporation (Chairman Kim Jeong-hwan, hereinafter referred to as KICO) announced on the 3rd that it will provide 'regional youth shared company housing' to support housing for young people in the Daegu area.
KICO and Daegu City signed a 'Business Agreement on the Operation of Regional Youth Shared Company Housing' on the same day, agreeing to provide housing spaces for young people who have moved to Daegu from other regions through employment and start-ups to help them settle in the area.
The regional youth shared company housing project was initiated to establish residential conditions for newly hired employees after KICO's headquarters relocated to Daegu and to provide stable housing support for local youth.
The users of the shared company housing will be selected from participants in Daegu City's ▲Youth Return Channel Construction Project ▲Daegu Inflow Youth Experienced Job Matching Project, and the residency period is available for up to three years in one-year increments.
Under this agreement, KICO will provide 30 officetel units located in Buk-gu, Daegu as regional youth shared company housing, and will work together with Daegu City to promote mutual growth and cooperative development in the Daegu area.
