High Inflation and COVID-19 Overlap Make Times Harder... Gyeongbuk Yeongyang-eup Presents 'Autumn Love Daily Necessities Package' to Integrated Case Management Recipients
A fall-themed daily necessities package delivery event is being held at the Yeongyang-eup Administrative Welfare Center.

This is the Autumn Love Daily Necessities Package Sharing Event.
On the 2nd, Yeongyang-eup announced that it provided daily necessities packages to low-income vulnerable households under integrated case management who are experiencing economic and emotional difficulties due to rising prices and the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic.
This package was delivered to 27 households selected as integrated case management targets to help those in welfare blind spots and crisis households in Yeongyang-eup.
The package contains seven items including rice, ramen, and tuna. The Yeongyang-eup Customized Welfare Team visited each household to deliver the packages and check on their well-being.
Ms. Park (female, 86 years old) expressed her gratitude, saying, "I have been mostly staying at home due to physical discomfort and was afraid to go out, so I am very thankful to receive these essential items for daily life."
Oh Do-chang, the governor of Yeongyang County, said, "I hope this small support can help vulnerable groups who are having a harder time recently due to rising prices and the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic."
