[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Su-yeon] Apple Korea has appointed Mark Lee, former CEO of Applied Materials Korea, as the new Head of Sales.
According to Apple Korea on the 1st, Mark Lee was recently appointed as the new Head of Sales in Korea.
Currently, the legal representative of Apple Korea is CEO Peter Denwood, but the role of overseeing Apple Korea's business operations will effectively be carried out by Mark Lee, the newly appointed Head of Sales.
The position of Head of Sales at Apple Korea had been vacant since November last year when former CEO Brandon Yoon resigned. The position has now been filled after about a year.

Mark Lee is a semiconductor equipment expert and a graduate of the United States Naval Academy. He served as a U.S. military officer from 1995 to 2000. From 2020 until recently, he served as the CEO of Applied Materials Korea, the world's leading semiconductor equipment company.
