Gwangju Sarangui Yeolmae Signs Social Contribution Agreement for 'Social Worker Discovery Project'

[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yoon Jamin] The Gwangju Community Chest of Korea (Chairman Park Cheolhong·Gwangju Sarangui Yeolmae) announced on the 31st that it signed a social contribution agreement for the ‘Social Worker Discovery Project’ together with Green E&S Co., Ltd. (CEO Lee Sookhee) and the Gwangju Social Workers Association (Chairman Ahn Byungkyu).

The signing ceremony was held at the first-floor book cafe of the Gwangju Social Workers Association, attended by Kim Jingon, Secretary General of the Gwangju Community Chest of Korea, Yoo Dokyung, Executive Director of Green E&S Co., Ltd., Ahn Byungkyu, Chairman of the Gwangju Social Workers Association, and other related personnel.

The three organizations will utilize their expertise to discover and commend outstanding social workers through the ‘Social Workers Conference’ conducted by the Gwangju Social Workers Association. It is expected to greatly contribute to social encouragement and the enhancement of pride among social workers working in the Gwangju social welfare field.

Yoo Dokyung, Executive Director of Green E&S Co., Ltd., said, “I hope this agreement will be a valuable opportunity for the establishment of identity and development of social workers in the Gwangju area.”

Ahn Byungkyu, Chairman of the Gwangju Social Workers Association, said, “I am pleased to establish a cooperative relationship for social workers together with Gwangju Sarangui Yeolmae and Green E&S.
