Woori Bank to Open Triple-Digit Recruitment for New Employees in the Second Half of the Year

This recruitment will also hire a triple-digit number of new employees, following the first half of the year. It will be divided into general positions, local talent, and IT specialized high school categories.

The general and local talent categories will undergo document screening, first and second interview rounds, AI competency tests, and final interviews. To recruit integrated talents with financial and digital capabilities, preference will be given to those holding relevant certifications or trainees of the Samsung Youth Software Academy (SSAFY). The IT specialized high school category will prioritize Ministry of Education nominees and those holding IT-related certifications to provide employment opportunities to promising high school graduates. After joining, they will be assigned to digital and IT job departments.
