Sh Suhyup Bank Launches Open Recruitment for New Employees in the Second Half of the Year
[Asia Economy Reporter Bu Aeri] Sh Suhyup Bank announced on the 28th that it will conduct an open recruitment for new employees in the second half of the year.
The recruitment fields are General (Grade 3), IT Talent (Grade 3), and Regional Talent (Grade 3). The recruitment scale is within 100 people.
There are no restrictions on educational background, age, or gender for applicants, but they must be able to participate in the new employee training course scheduled for January next year and be able to work normally thereafter. Regional talent applicants must be able to work in the relevant region for at least 5 years.
The application deadline is the 8th of next month. Successful candidates in the document screening will be announced in November, followed by written tests including online personality tests, NCS (National Competency Standards), financial and economic knowledge, coding ability evaluation, competency interviews, personality interviews, and executive interviews. The final successful candidates will be announced in January next year.
Applicants holding professional certifications are exempt from the written exam, and those with job-related certifications or foreign language scores can receive preferential treatment during document screening.
In addition, national employment support recipients (veterans) and persons with disabilities supported under the Act on Employment Promotion and Vocational Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities can receive preferential treatment throughout the entire selection process.
